(Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR, J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by one Manikandan, claiming that he has got married to one Nandhika, aged about 20 years. He further alleged that the parents of the said Nandhika have abducted her. 2. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner when the matter was called.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the said alleged detenu namely, Nandhika appeared before the Public Prosecutor office and she has also given a statement to the second respondent to the effect that she wants to resume her cohabitation with her parents.

4. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court for redressal of any matrimonial dispute.
