ORDER
The petitioner is the wife of Thiruvettai. It appears that there is a matrimonial dispute between the brother-in-law of the petitioner and her co-sister. There are number of proceedings pending. Out of which in some of the cases, the petitioner's husband was made as an accused.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that in the guise of enquiry, the respondents 2 to 4 are entering into the residence of the petitioner at odd hours and creating trouble. 3.Learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the petitioner will not be disturbed and she will not be harassed and there will not be any search within the house during odd hours. already been registered and action has been taken by arresting the petitioner's husband.
4.Considering the said submission, the writ petition is closed as the respondents shall not harass the petitioner and her family members by entering into the house at odd hours. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
