ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case coming on for hearing on this day, and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 11.07.2018 and the letter received from Chief Judicial Magistrate, Special Judge(FAC), Special Court for Trial of Cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Tirunelveli in D.No.19/2019, Dated 24.01.2019 and the grounds of Petition, Affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.Ramasamy, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order: The time sought for by the Court below is granted. 2.The Court below is strictly directed to conclude the proceedings pending in Special Case No.59 of 2014 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of Cases under Prevention of Corruption Act, Tirunelveli and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to the Registry, without fail.
