The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus for sanctioning of the loan of Rs.10,00,000/-.

2.It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the petitioner's application was rejected by an order dated 12.04.2014 itself for the reasons stated thereunder. If that be the case, it is for the petitioner to challenge the said order in a manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that no such order is communicated to the petitioner so far. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to communicate the order of rejection to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such order, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in a manner known to law. No costs.
