RESPONDENTS/RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant an Order of Injunction restraining the respondents herein, their men or agents or anyone acting upon them, from in any manner altering the physical features of the petition mentioned land and from causing damage to the petition mentioned land, which is the subject matter of the suit property in O.S.No.183 of 2004 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Lalgudi, pending disposal of the above Second Appeal and thus render justice. Prayer in SA(MD). 480/ 2012 :

To set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 18/04/2012 passed in AS.No.89/2008 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Thiruchirappalli reversing the Judgment and decree dated 07/12/2007 passed in OS.No.183/2004 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi and allow the above SA.No.480/2012 and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.J.ANANDHAVALLI, Advocate for the petitioner and

of Mr.R.SUNDAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- Interim injunction already granted is CMP(MD)NO.6145 of 2018 in SA(MD)No.480/2012, dated 14.08.2018 and extended till 24.08.2018 is to continue till the disposal of the Second Appeal in SA(MD)No.480/2012.

Post the Second Appeal on 03.10.2018, under the caption "for final hearing".

This application is allowed.
