This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the relief of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to give suitable employment to the petitioner under compassionate appointment scheme. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that final order has been passed on the petitioners representation and sought dismissal of this Writ Petition as the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
