ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 21.03.2017, wherein, the petitioner has sought for correction in the revenue records by showing the actual extent of the property in line with the parent documents and to issue a fresh patta in favour of the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate based on the written instructions received from the fourth respondent submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been acted upon and necessary orders will be passed within the time limit prescribed by this Court.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the representation given by the petitioner has already been acted upon by the fourth respondent, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
