respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment stated to have been made by the fourth respondent in respect of Highways Bye Pass Road, Thatchanallur, Tirunelveli.

2.We direct the second respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 24.01.2013 and pass orders on merits and as per law, after issuing notice to the fourth respondent. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
