ORDER

The petitioner has to approach the concerned authority for prior approval for consideration of the prayer and thereafter, he can move this Court. Without doing so, he straight away has approached this Court. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdraw with liberty to the petitioner to move the authority for prior approval and thereafter, to approach this Court in case if he is remediless. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
