The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 17.03.2021, made in W.P.(MD)No. 5913 of 2021.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for State appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the fifth respondent herein has passed an order dated 01.07.2021 and copy of the said order has been placed before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement and placing the said proceeding on record, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the same, in the manner known to law.
