The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to issue separate patta to the petitioner. 1/4

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited scope of the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to produce all the relevant documents in suppot of her claim for issuance of separate patta before the 2nd respondent and on receipt of all the relevant documents, the 2nd respondent, if necessary, shall afford a fair opportunity to the petitioner and thereafter the 2nd respondent shall pass final orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
