ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the unnumbered appeal filed by the petitioner dated 10.03.2025, in a time bound manner.
2. By consent, this Writ Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage itself.
3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 3 and 4, notice to the respondents 3 and 4 is hereby dispensed with.
4. Seeking cancellation of the legal heirship certificate issued by the second respondent based on false documents, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 10.03.2025. However, the appeal remains pending without any progress. Hence, the present Writ Petition.
5. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court hereby directs the first respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 10.03.2025, on
merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 and 4, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
