This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.11 of 2020, dated 09.03.2020, for the offence punishable under Sections 417, 420 and 376 of IPC.

2. Today when the petition is came up for hearing, Mr.S.Chandrasekar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, on instructions, would submit that in the petition mentioned crime number viz., Crime No.11 of 2020, the respondent herein completed the investigation and filed the final report on 28.08.2020, before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai.
