2. Since we are disposing of this writ petition without notice to the respondents 4 to 6, we are not going into the merits of the allegations made by the writ petitioner by alleging that the respondents 4 to 6 are encroachers.

3. We direct the third respondent to direct his Officers to conduct an inspection of the area, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 in accordance with law.

4. The above direction be complied with within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
