PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR44836 of 2018:- to allow the revision petition and set aside the decreetal and fair order passed by the appellate authority under The Tamil Nadu Buildings Lease and Rent Control Act in RCA1/2016 on the file of the (Sub-Court , Thuraiyur) dated 21.09.2017 confirming the decreetal and fair order made in R.C.O.P.No.3 of 2000 on the file of the Rent Control, Thuraiyur dated 07.12.2000 ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.SINGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 225 days in-representing the Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The delay would stand condoned subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Ramanathapuram, under the Head ''Environmental https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Fund'', as costs, within a period of one week from the date of

receipt of a copy of this order and the District Legal Services Authority, Ramanathapuram, shall make use of the said amount for preservation of the environment. On production of payment receipt, Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition and list the same for admission.
