ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 20.04.2021, wherein, the petitioner has sought for re-classification of the subject property and for grant of patta in her favour.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the representation made by the petitioner is under consideration before the fifth respondent and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law within the time limit prescribed by this Court.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the fifth respondent is already considering the representation made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the fifth respondent to pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
