Respondent Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to incorporate the name of the petitioner's mother Mrs.D.Gowri in the birth certificate of the petitioner within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition with a limited prayer to incorporate her mother's name Mrs.D.Gowri in her 'Birth certificate'.

2. On notice, the learned Govt.Advocate would submit that if the petitioner produces necessary document, the respondent will consider the claim of the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court. To which, the learned Counsel petitioner would submit that she is ready to produce the documents as required by the respondent.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to produce the required documents as required by the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon verification of the documents to be produced by the petitioner, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks, thereafter.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
