ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2019 and to remove the encroachments in the lands belonging to the Adi Dravidar Welfare Department.

2.Since action has already been initiated to remove the encroachments and in the meantime, the encroachers have filed a Writ Petition in W.P(MD)No.4605 of 2021, wherein, by order dated 19.03.2025, the learned Single Judge passed an order to conduct an enquiry, the petitioner is at liberty to participate in the said enquiry to be conducted by the competent authority and submit all his objections for due consideration. 3/6

3.With these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
