The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, to direct the respondents to disburse the balance retirement benefit of Rs.1,70,000/- payable to him, as per the settlement, dated 11.11.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that today ie., on 05.07.2021, the second respondent has paid the said amount to the petitioner and in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.
