RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time of surrender before the trial court in Crl.OP(MD). No. 6825 of 2020 dated 09.07.2020 in crime No. 35 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent police and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.M.MAKESH KUMARAVEL, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 09.07.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of Four weeks. During the total lock down period, he could not appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties.

CRL MP(MD) No.4607 of 2020 3.Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 09.07.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6825 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
