RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted by this Hon'ble court in CRL OP(MD)No. 6904 of 2020, dated 01.07.2020 to surrender and execute the sureties, and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PON KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 01.07.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of Four weeks. During the total lock down period, he could not appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties.

CRL MP(MD) No.4389 of 2020 order dated 01.07.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6904 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
