ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.20504 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD).No.1379 of 2025 dated 24.02.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 27.02.2026 onwards.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and there shall be a direction to the petitioner to report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English calender month, till the disposal of the Criminal Appeal.
