The petitioner and the family of his son were living as a joint family before his death. 5. In the said writ petition, an order has been passed on 17.11.2023 by holding that the petitioner's legal right is restricted to 1/3rd share in the death benefits. But however, the petitioner was not given with even 1/3rd share to which she is entitled to.
