ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 222 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3. 3.Mr.Mahaboob Fazil, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has objected for condoning the delay 4.However, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 222 days, however, on payment of costs.
5.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to E-Seva Kendra Porta Cabins attached to this Bench [Account No:7026895311, IFSC Code:IDIB000H040, Indian Bank, High 2/3
