This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondent Nos.2 to 4 from laying any road through the petitioner's grandfather's land situated at S.Nos.40/1Q4 and 1Q5 in Pallathanmanai Village, Neiveli, Vadapathi Revenue Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's patta lands have been encroached and that the pathway was laid without proper enquiry.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents are not intending to lay any road in the petitioner's patta land.
