Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner wants drinking water connection to be provided for the petition mentioned dwelling house.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Panchayat states that the works under the Jal Jeevan Mission Scheme are progressing well and that immediately after it is completed, the petitioner will definitely be provided with the drinking water connection.
