ORDER

This criminal revision case has been preferred as against the rejection of the discharge petition in Crl.M.P.No.346 of 2019 in S.C.No. 164 of 2017 on the file of learned Subordinate Court, Uthamapalayam.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners herein have preferred a quash petition pertaining to this case in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21677 of 2018 and the same was dismissed on 10.12.2018 directing the Trial Court to proceed with the trial and accordingly, in compliance with the order passed by this Court in the said petition, already the trial has been commenced and four witnesses have already been examined so far.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this case and I am not inclined to allow this revision case. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
