PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.442 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A6 herein was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.06.2020 for the alleged offences under Sections 395 and 397 of IPC.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused wearing mask broke open the defacto complainant house and also stolen Rs.3 lakhs worth jewels and ran away from the scene of occurrence.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against her.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit the petitioner herein the master mind for the entire occurrence and she only instigated other accused persons to involve in the above crime. He would also submit that the petitioner is having nine previous cases are pending under prohibition act.
5. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
