This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.1666 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.153 of 2025, dated 03.03.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Ramanathapuram and report before Kenikarai Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the victim girl got married and she is not residing in Kanyakumari District. He further submits that the petitioner will not disturb the victim girl at any point of time and he is also 1/3

prepared to give an undertaking before the respondent police to that effect. The learned counsel has also expressed certain ailments suffered by this petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, namely, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal, on his undertaking before the respondent police as stated above. sd/- 17/04/2025 / TRUE COPY / /04/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.-I/ II /III/ IV) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
