This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to execute the Non Bailable Warrant dated 14.12.2021 issued by the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act Cases, Thanjavur in Spl.S.C.No.38 of 2020 within a time framed as fixed by this Court.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents will execute the non bailable warrant and secure the accused within a period of three months. 3.Recording submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to execute the non bailable warrant dated 14.12.2021 issued by the Special Court for the Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act Cases, Thanjavur in Spl.S.C.No.38 of 2020 and secure the accused within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
