ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and police protection for conducting Kabadi Tournament schedule to be conducted from 17.07.2018 at about 7.00 p.m., to 18.07.2018, at about 06.00 p.m., day and night matches, at Sports Ground near at Muthu Mariamman Ground, Gandhi Nagar, Nagamangalam post, Srirengam Taluk, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation to the respondent dated 10.07.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the representation
of the petitioner, dated 10.07.2018, is directed to be considered and an order to that effect would be passed, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that if the said representation is pending with the respondents, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
5.Considering the said circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 17.07.2018 and the petitioner is directed to produce a copy of the representation along with this order copy to the second respondent.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
