ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.121 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to pathway dispute, the petitioner picked up a quarrel with the de-facto complainant, in which, the petitioner abused the de-fcto complainant and her son by using filthy language and attacked her son with hands and also threatened them with dire consequences. Hence, the case. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD). No.7241 of 2023 4.It is seen that the petitioner was already arrested in Crime No.121 of 2022 and thereafter, released on bail on condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for the continuous period of 30 days. However, the petitioner has failed to comply with the condition after 06.11.2022. Therefore, the respondent filed a petition to cancel the bail granted to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4158 of 2022. It was allowed and cancelled the bail granted to the petitioner herein. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present application seeking for anticipatory bail. However, the facts are not disclosed by the petitioner in his anticipatory bail petition. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
