in the Impugned Order No.66-00-030049-000-0106/RRC/SRO/TLI dated 18.03.2020 issued by the second respondent to the third respondent bank and quash the same as it is arbitrary and illegal and direct the second respondent to lift the attachment of the petitioner's pension account in the third respondent bank and as a consequential relief credit any money debited by the second respondent from the petitioner's bank account held in the third respondent bank.

This Court by an order dated 26.02.2024 passed the following order: "Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to settle the matter with the respondent-Corporation and report settlement within four weeks.

2. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to post the matter on 25.03.2024.

3. If the matter is not settled by that date, the petitioner shall get ready to proceed with the matter on merits." 2/4
