RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition no.(V) imposed by this Honourable Court while Granting order of Suspension sentence dated 01/12/2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD) NO. 5545 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.617 of 2020 pending on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order:This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.RAMU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.VENKATASESHAN on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5545 of 2020 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.617 of 2020, dated 01.12.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5545 of 2020 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.617 of 2020, dated 01.12.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.Mr.M.V.Venkataseshan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.5545 of 2020 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.617 of 2020, dated 01.12.2020 is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4352 of 2021 modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in three months i.e. on the first working day of every three month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
