2.The respondent is present before this Court and produced the entire copy of the Enquiry File. It is submitted that during the course of enquiry or investigation as the case may be, it was found that the complaint is not true and it was closed. In view of the above said closure, nothing survives for further consideration in this case. Let the closure report be served upon the petitioner by the respondent.
