This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to forbear them from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the respondents 4 and 5. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government 2/4

Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the fourth respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioners. Based on that complaint, the respondent police enquired them and found that there is a civil dispute between the parties. Hence, they were advised to approach the civil Court for getting appropriate remedy and closed the complaint.
