Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus direct the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the order of assignment issued in favour of the respondents 5 to 9, with regard to S.F.No.296 of Regunathapuram, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr.N.SHAHNMUGASELVAM, Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R4, the court made the following order:- As on today, Batta stands in the names of the respondents 5 to 9.

Therefore, no question of granting injunction arise. Hence, this petition is closed.
