3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that in this case, investigation has been concluded and the final report has been filed before the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Tirunelveli, and the same has been taken on file in Spl.C.C.No.43 of 2024.
3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the manner known to law.
