ORDER

This criminal revision case is filed to call for the records relating to the judgment passed in C.C.No.118 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy, dated 16.11.2015 and to modify the operative portion to hand over the 79 grams of gold jewels to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the State are present.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the petitioner himself died. He further submitted that the Trial Court vide judgment dated 16.11.2015, acquitted the petitioner. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner filed this revision as against the order passed in respect of property alone.

4. In view of the above submissions, the criminal revision is dismissed. The legal representatives of the petitioners can file a petition for return of case property if they are legally entitled.
