ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner, on 14.06.2021, which was sent to the respondents, on 19.06.2021, through a registered post, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for declaration of the acquisition proceedings as deemed to have lapsed. 2.In the considered view of this Court, this writ petition is premature and the petitioner has rushed to this Court without even waiting for the response from the respondents. W.P.(MD).No.10670 of 2021 representation shows that it was sent by registered post, on 19.06.2021 and the writ petition has been filed, on 24.06.2021. This type of premature writ petitions can never be entertained by this Court.
