O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 & 2 herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's temple Arulmigu Neelakanda Pillaiyar Temple, Enthal Village, Peravoorani Taluk, Thanjavur District, based on the complaint, dated 18.04.2021 & 22.04.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 13.07.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based upon the complaint, made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.10669 of 2021 C.S.R.No.269 of 2021. But, the petitioner did not co-operate with enquiry and so, it was closed, on 30.04.2021. 3.When the matter taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents 3 & 4 is present.

4. Since there is no representation for the petitioner and the complaint came to be closed because of non-cooperation of the petitioner, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.

5.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
