W.P.(MD)No..10672 of 2021 petitioner's son namely, Rajesh Kannan, son of Rajagopal Chettiyar, confined at Central Prison, Trichy, in particularly under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers Drug (Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982) based on the petitioner's representation, dated 19.06.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous, since detention order was passed.

3. By recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
