This petition has been taken out to condone the delay of 239 days in filing the Second Appeal.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. The contesting first respondent is the claimant and the first respondent has already been served. The delay of 239 days is explained in the affidavit and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned and also the arguments advanced on the side of the petitioners. Learned Counsel for the petitioners also states that the compensation amount has been deposited by the petitioners even before the trial Court. Hence, this petition is allowed. 3.Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for hearing on 22.06.2026.
