ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor / 2nd respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18792 of 2023, dated 05.02.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that as per the order passed by this Court dated 05.02.2024, a sum of Rs.25,000/- was drawn in favour of the defacto complainant by way of a demand draft. The defacto complainant received the said demand draft on 06.05.2025.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Petition and the same stands closed. 11.07.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No TSG 2/3
