2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent is the petitioner's brother's wife. She claimed right over the property, in respect of which, a suit in O.S.No.133 of 2022 was filed by this petitioner against the third respondent and others seeking partition, which is stated to be pending before the Sub Court, Dindigul. Pending the above said suit the present complaint has been given. During the course of the enquiry, the second respondent pressurized the petitioner to withdraw the above said suit.
3.Reading of the complaint shows that there is some sort of allegations against this petitioner and others as if assault has been made. Similarly, a counter complaint has also been given by one Priya against the third respondent, which is also assault complaint kept pending in C.S.R.No.373 of 2023.
4.Let the above said two complaints enquired by the respondent police on its own merits and the parties shall co-operate with them to complete the same. There is no question of harassment at this stage. 2/4
