Respondent Prayer :- Criminal Revision case filed under section 397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C., praying to set aside the order of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Dindigul in Crl. MP.No.2352 of 2016 in C.C.No.492 of 2012 dated 05.08.2016.

ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the earlier order of this court and the letter of the Chief Judicial Magistrate(FAC),Dindigul, in D.No.395/2021 dated 06.03.2021 this Court made the following order: By order, dated 19.03.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the Case in C.C.No.492 of 2012, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.395/2021, dated 06.03.2021, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further two months time to comply with the order dated 19.03.2019, made in this Criminal Revision Case.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, Three months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 19.03.2019, made in this Criminal Revision Case.
