Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 2nd respondent from allotting a piece of land in plan No.7 (12m x 10m) in S.No.348/1B, I.Athappanpatti, Kuthiliappai Village, Ottanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul District to any one, which was allotted to the petitioner by the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1938/03-A1 dated 06.03.2003 and further forbearing the respondents or their men or agents from dispossessing the petitioner from the landed property allotted to her without following due process of law.
