ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to forward the petitioner's representations, dated 18.08.2003 and 09.03.2015 to the first respondent, who may be directed to consider the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The case of the petitioner is that his father, who was working as a Tamil Pandit in the second respondent School, while in service, passed away. Seeking compassionate appointment, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents on 09.03.2015. Since the same has not been considered by the respondents so far, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the

respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.03.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
