ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD)No.5628 of 2025 dt.01.04.2025.

2. Mr.R.Velmurugan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that since the petitioner is appearing before the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Namakkal in Crime No.15 of 2025 as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6916 of 2025, dated 18.03.2025, he is not able to comply the order passed by this Court, in Crl OP(MD)No.5628/2025 dt.01.04.2025.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition 2/4

No.7(iv) imposed by this Court in in Crl OP(MD)No.5628 of 2025 dated 01.04.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Namakkal weekly once ie., on every Friday at 10.30 am until further orders. Further, he shall appear before the respondent - Police as and when required for interrogation.
