ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the defacto complainant in S.C.No.77 of 2023, on the file of Additional District Court, Palani, seeking expeditious completion of trial in S.C.No.77 of 2023.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that it is posted on 07.04.2026 for examination of the last witness namely, L.W.18.

3. In view of the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Palani, to expeditiously dispose of S.C.No.77 of 2023 on or before 31.05.2026.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
